Gigantic size

With its large build volume of 800mm x 800mm x 1000mm, this industrial FDM printer is perfect for printing large models. This means you no longer need to cut your models into small sections to print them properly, everything fits in at once.

High quality know-how

The machine has an integrated design, both elegant and solid. The X and Y axes use linear guides, which greatly improves stability during printing and increases the service life of the equipment. The Z axis has been improved to make everything run even smoother, while ensuring precise leveling. Finally, for better stability, the machine rests on carbon steel supports with a non-slip rubber base.

Fast printing

With a powerful 64-bit quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz (RK3328 SOC), this 3D printer has all the power it needs to run at full speed. It can even reach an impressive print speed of 300mm/s, although Elegoo recommends 150mm/s for best results. This is simply one of the fastest speeds for a printer of this size.

Automatic upgrade

With its one-click auto-leveling system and ultra-precise non-contact sensor, the Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga automatically collects 121 data points on the platform (in 11 x 11). This way, you will have a perfect leveling, without any effort on your part.

Improved nozzle

The upgraded high-temperature nozzle can reach 300°C and has a dual-gear extrusion structure with a titanium alloy heating body. In addition, the nozzle is upgraded to chromium-zirconium copper with a 60W ceramic heating block for smoother and more uniform extrusion, improving printing accuracy.

With its PID auto-calibration function, the nozzle controls the temperature precisely. A built-in acceleration sensor also automatically adjusts the parameters to compensate for resonances, ensuring optimal printing quality and greatly improving your experience.

The 0.6mm nozzle is included, while the 0.4mm, 0.8mm and 1mm nozzles are sold separately.

Efficient heating plate

The heated bed is composed of 4 independent magnetic PEI beds (410 x 410 mm), capable of reaching up to 90°C. They can all heat up at the same time and reach this temperature in 17 minutes, as long as the room is around 25°C.
The 3D printer can automatically detect where your model is and heat only that part. You can also manually manage each area to save energy if necessary.

Powerful cooling fan

The cooling fans (2 x 5015 blower fans and 1 x 4010 axial fan) reinforced on both sides greatly improve the quality of your prints. They are also intelligent, stopping automatically once printing is finished. This saves energy, reduces noise, and extends their lifespan.

Filament detection & power loss recovery

To save you from stress if the print is interrupted, when the filament is broken or there is no more, the machine sounds the alarm and pauses the print by itself. No matter if it is for a broken filament, a power outage, or even if you decide to pause, you can always resume the print easily.
